Jurisdiction

• Represents the Republic of Serbia in the receiving state
• Protects the interests of the Republic of Serbia, its nationals, and legal entities
• Participates in negotiations with the government of the receiving state
• Promotes and develops relations and cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the receiving state
• Reports on internal developments and the foreign policy of the receiving state
• Develops cooperation with expatriates of Serbian origin in the receiving state in order to preserve their national and cultural identity
• Performs other duties in accordance with international law, the legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia, and the directives of the Ministry

The Embassy performs consular affairs in the receiving state and is competent exclusively for the territory of the Republic of Korea.
