Ambassador Grbić with the Executive Director of the Federation of Korean Industries

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Korea, Nemanja Grbić, met with the Executive Director of the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI), Kim Chang-bom, to discuss opportunities for strengthening bilateral economic cooperation. The FKI is one of Korea’s oldest and most prominent business organizations, whose members include the country’s largest and globally renowned companies. The federation was founded by the creator of Samsung.
The discussion focused on cooperation in the fields of energy, information and communication technologies, creative industries, and smart mobility, as well as the participation of Korean companies in the EXPO 2027 to be held in Belgrade.
The two sides also discussed an initiative to organize investment and sectoral sessions in cooperation between the Embassy and FKI, which would connect leading companies from both countries and contribute to establishing concrete project partnerships.
