Media promotion of Serbian sport in the Republic of Korea

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Korea, Nemanja Grbić, met with South Korea’s most renowned sports journalist and football commentator, Park Moon-sung, the creator of a YouTube channel followed by over 740,000 subscribers.
At the meeting, concrete ways to promote Serbia in the Korean sports and media space were discussed, as well as cooperation for the upcoming EXPO 2027 in Belgrade, which has sport as one of its sub-themes.
During the encounter with the ambassador, the Korean journalist expressed great interest in Serbia, its sporting spirit, culture, and tourism. He particularly emphasized his readiness to use his media channels to help strengthen Serbia’s positive image in Korea. On that occasion, a YouTube video was recorded that quickly garnered more than 45,000 views and over 300 comments.
