Potential for Cooperation and Exchange Between the Diplomatic Academies of Serbia and Korea

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Korea, Nemanja Grbić, met with Choe Hyong-chan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy, to exchange views on cooperation in the field of diplomatic training.
The interlocutors highlighted the importance of continuous modernization of curricula and strengthening of institutional capacities, along with the sharing of experiences on the organization of training and professional development of diplomatic personnel.
Modalities for enhancing cooperation were discussed on the basis of the previously concluded Memorandum of Cooperation, including the exchange of lecturers, joint programs, study visits, and hybrid forms of instruction.
The Korea National Diplomatic Academy is the central institution for the training of diplomats within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, under which the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security operates as a leading research center.
